Emergency Animal Removal

Privacy policy

Effective and last reviewed: 2026-07-04

The short version

This is a static website with no accounts, no forms, and no data entry. The two ways we handle information about you: when you call the phone number on this site, and minimal, privacy-respecting site analytics.

What happens when you call

The phone numbers on this site are call-tracking numbers operated through our pay-per-call platform partner. When you call, the platform processes your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and routing information, and connects you with an independent wildlife removal provider or partner call center. Calls may be recorded for quality and qualification purposes; where recording occurs, applicable consent laws are followed. Information you share on the call goes to the provider handling your call — their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal information, or build visitor profiles. Any cookies present are limited to what our hosting and analytics infrastructure strictly requires to function.

Third parties

Three categories of third parties are involved in operating this site: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our call-tracking and lead-routing platform, and the independent providers who answer calls. We share only what each needs to perform its function.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access or delete personal information. For any privacy request — including questions about a recorded call — email hello@emergencyanimalremoval.com and we will respond and coordinate with our platform partner as required.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
