State wildlife rules on this site are paraphrased from the primary agencies for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Each state page links its agency directly. We never copy agency text verbatim, and we do not rely on third-party summaries for legal claims.

Review cadence

State-law content is reviewed quarterly against primary sources. Every page displays a “Last reviewed” date, and it is genuine. Scheduled item on our calendar: Florida’s amended trapping rules take effect December 31, 2026, and all Florida content will be re-verified against them.

What we will never publish

• Fake reviews, star ratings, or testimonials — in visible copy or structured data
• Invented technicians, local offices, or addresses
• Licensing claims we have not verified for that specific jurisdiction
• “Humane relocation” promises in states whose laws prohibit relocation
